We do accept returns/exchange subject to following criteria:
- Customer should make a video of unboxing the product package in order to support their claim of product damage /defect/missing part and inform us within 2 days after receiving product. Without this proof, customer is not eligible for product exchange/refund/return policy.
- The product(s) should be purchased only from www.homenhoney.com and not from any other retailer be it online or offline.
- Return/Replacement request should be raised within 2 days from the date of delivery.
- Product(s) should be unused and unwashed.
- There should be no stains, marks, abrasion marks and scratches, holes in the product(s) caused by the consumer.
- All the tags should remain intact on the product(s) and the product(s) should be sent back in original product packaging with all received foam and cushioning inside for the safe return journey of the product, even if it is broken, damaged, or defected. If the original product(s) packaging is damaged by customer, the product(s) will not be accepted for refund/exchange/gift coupon/store credit.
- Original Invoice should be returned with the product(s).
- Kindly note that during a promotion, sale, offers specific rules will apply for returning a product. Products on final sale are not eligible for return.
- Products from Banjara collection are eligible for return only if broken product is received. Product are handcrafted and hence prone to slight variations in color, texture, design and are not eligible for return on the basis of any kind of manufacturing defect.
Cancellation Policy: For any cancellations, we require an email within 4 hours of the order being placed. If the order is shipped out, cancellations will not be accepted. We will be unable to process any refund if an order is cancelled at the doorstep or if there have been 3 failed attempts to deliver the parcel by our delivery partner
Items Eligible For Exchange/Return:
Damage Of External Packaging
On receipt, if it is noticed that the external packing of the consignment is damaged or tampered with, we recommend not accepting the package and putting your remarks on the courier delivery sheet and raise a complaint with us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please take photographs and video of product packing as an evidence for verification of your claim. We shall handle such issues strictly and directly with the respective courier company.
In such an event, kindly intimate us at email@example.com with the details of your order. Once the package is received back at our warehouse, we will cancel the order.
In case of Pre-paid (Credit Card, Net Banking, Debit Card) order, we will refund the money in your banking account.
In case of Cash-on-Delivery (COD) order, we will cancel the order without the need for any refund.
Product Received in Damaged Condition or with Manufacturing Defect or Wrong Product Delivered. Any missing/damaged/defective product claims have to be substantiated with an unboxing video of the order. The customer must make a clear video of opening the box and unboxing all articles from it at the time when they first open the box. Without this proof, customer is not eligible for product exchange/refund/return policy. For products made of natural materials like marble, wood, stone, cotton, etc, variations in colour, texture and veining is possible and is not considered a defect. Such products are not eligible for returns on these grounds. The same applies to handmade products. The wash and care instructions for such products also have to be understood carefully before use. Any measurement variations up to 10% of the size of the product is considered acceptable. Dimensions may be rounded off to the nearest whole number. Products from Banjara collection are eligible for return only if broken product is received.

Methods of Product Return
a) Return via HomenHoney.com
In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, or is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered or doesn’t fit into your desired expected decor and its fits in criteria of our return policy, you may return the product unused, unwashed and in the same condition as you received it, with its original packaging along with original tags and invoice with any foam and cushioning inside for the safe return journey of the product. Customer needs to provide a video of unboxing the product package along with four photos of damaged product and as communicated by our customer care team inorder to support their claim of product damage or defect. Without this proof, customer is not eligible for product exchange/refund/return policy.
In any above mentioned event, kindly retain all packaging materials and mail us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org along with order Id in mail subject. Customer needs to raise request for return within two days of delivery and provide us with valid photographs and proofs of defect/damage. Our Customer Care Team will give you instructions on how to handle this scenario. We will help you with the refund of your money and give you confirmation to proceed for the refund process.
DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from our team for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, we do not guarantee any credit or refund.
Once Quality Check Team has received the returned goods, the team shall examine the returned products for all defects/variations, based on the customer’s claim. Upon confirmation from our Quality Check Team that the refund is acceptable, we shall refund the money subject to fulfilment of Return conditions. We shall send you an email and / or SMS regarding return acceptance or return rejection.
In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error/defect/damage/delay has occurred due to customer, then the customer will not be entitled to any fresh piece of Product or Refund/Exchange.
b) Return through Self-Shipment:
We provide Reverse pickup option depending on the area / pin code and the charges for collecting the same will be borne by us. In case where reverse pickup is not possible, customer is requested to return the product(s) in original packaging, tags, unused to HomeNHoney warehouse by courier. Product should reach us in the same condition as it was delivered to customer with its original packaging along with original tags and invoice with any foam and cushioning received inside for the safe return journey of the product. You need to send the return at address that would be communicated by our customer care team once return request is approved.
Once Quality Check team has received the returned goods, the team shall examine the returned products for all defects/variations, based on the customer’s claim. Upon confirmation from our Quality Assurance Team that the refund is acceptable, we shall refund the money subject to fulfilment of Return conditions. In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error/defect/damage/delay has occurred due to customer, then the customer will not be entitled to any fresh piece of Product or Refund.
Incase product received by customer was in damaged condition or with manufacturing defect or wrong product was delivered then HomeNHoney will issue a gift coupon/store credit/refund against the shipping charges as mentioned in shipping receipt or as mentioned below which ever is less, which can be only redeemed by the customer at www.homenhoney.com. It mandatory for customer to provide genuine shipping receipt.

Please note customer will not be entitled for gift coupon/store/refund credit against the shipping charges if product doesn’t fit into customer's desired expected decor.
Post receipt of the returned Product(s), our Quality Check team will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will initiate the refund for your transaction. If however the return is not approved as an eligible return, you will not eligible for any refund or exchange. In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 7 to 10 days of our receiving of the return package from you.
Except for the events as explicitly stated in this Policy, you will not be entitled for any cash refunds as per our policy. Return will only be made in form of credit to your Bank account. With respect to the products returned by you, the decision taken by our Quality Check Team shall be final and binding.
We may provide Refunds in the event of:
(i) Cancellation by Customer or HomeNHoney, prior to the shipment of the products ordered / purchased(maximum time is within 4 hours of order purchase);
(ii) Return of one or more products purchased by the Customer, subject to eligibility for Return.
The refund in above scenarios will be as per the manner set out here under:
a) Refunds for Pre-paid Orders:
Refund will be initiated after confirmation from Quality Check Team.
If you have paid using a credit card, refund will be credited to your credit card account, (Will be reflected in next statement) within 5 to 7 working days. If you have paid using debit card/internet banking, amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 to 14 working days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.
b) Refunds for Cash-On-Delivery (“COD”) Orders:
In case the customer has returned one or more products purchased using COD payment method, the customer has to provide below Bank Account details for refund:

6) Order ID
7) Product Name against which refund has to be initiated
The amount will be refunded in the Bank account through Electronic Funds Transfer. We do not provide any cash /cheque / DD refund.
Except for the events as explicitly stated in this Policy, you will not be entitled for any refund.
We usually initiate eligible refunds within 7 working days from after getting confirmation from quality check team. We will keep you informed via email on the refund status. Kindly note that refund to the customer’s bank or credit card account is subject to estimated processing timelines by banks as indicated here under.

Since the products are hand crafted and manufactured in assortment, there may be possibilities that colors/design of the product delivered may vary in actual color. In case of prints or patterns, we produce various patterns in assortment, so actual color or pattern of the product delivered might be different from product shown on the website. Customers are requested to read all the details and disclaimer on product page before placing the order.
